For this reason, we have implemented an Ethical Channel that allows anyone to report potential misbehaviour or ethical violations that they may have observed in our firm.
Every complaint will be treated professionally and confidentially.

WHAT FACTS CAN BE NOTIFIED?:
You can report through the Ethical Channel those facts that you consider may represent a breach of the legal regulations or any internal regulations in force, such as:
- Fraud and corruption-related behaviour.
- Behaviour related to security, health, and hygiene at work.
- Workplace discrimination and harassment.
- Behaviour related to information security, data protection, and stock markets.
- Anticompetitive practices.
- Contradictory behaviour to human rights or causes environmental damage.
- Other possible criminal or administrative offences.
PRINCIPAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Confidentiality: We understand that confidentiality is essential to encourage people to come forward. We guarantee absolute confidentiality throughout the process and protect the identity of the whistleblower to the extent permitted by law. The possibility of alerting anonymously is included.
Impartial investigation process: Once the complaint has been reported, our expert team will thoroughly investigate the matter in an objective and diligent manner in accordance with internal regulations and applicable legislation. The rights of those involved and the presumption of innocence will be respected throughout the process.
Protection against reprisals: No form of reprisal will be tolerated against the good faith of the whistleblower. We are committed to safeguarding the rights and integrity of those who report any irregularity. We will take appropriate disciplinary action against any individual who retaliates against a whistleblower.
Resolution and follow-up: Once the investigation has been completed, we will take the necessary actions to address the identified problem, and we will take corrective measures to prevent future violations when possible. In addition, we are committed to keeping the whistleblower informed about the progress and resolution of the complaint whenever possible and permitted by law.
Important:
This Ethical Channel is not an emergency service. This channel must not be used to report on situations involving an immediate threat. If you need assistance in such a situation, please contact your local authorities and use the channels defined for that purpose.
HOW TO SEND COMMUNICATIONS?
There are 2 options.
Via the co-resol app:
- Download the co-resol app and accept the notifications. It is free and available on the App Store and Google Play.
- Select “Just click” and enter the code BOVE.
- Select “Bové Montero y Asociados Canal Ético”.
- Write your message as specifically as possible. You can attach both images and documentation.
- Log in or select the anonymity option. In either case, you must accept the Privacy Policy.
- Once you have completed these steps, you will receive a message acknowledging receipt of your click.
- The communication for click tracking will be via a secure chat (you will be able to access it from the chat button on the home screen of the app) until it is closed.

- Every time you want to know if you have a new message in the chat room or want to provide more information, to ensure confidentiality, you must enter this code and password on the home page in the “Access a previous click” button.
