Solidarity roses in the office for Sant Jordi

Solidarity Roses Arrive at the Office for Sant Jordi

This year, we are once again collaborating with Fundació Aura to celebrate Sant Jordi, one of Catalonia’s most emblematic traditions. Through this initiative, we bring together culture with social commitment alongside Aura, helping to raise awareness of the work carried out by this pioneering organisation in the labour inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities, while reaffirming our commitment to a more inclusive society.

Every 23 April, Catalonia celebrates one of its most iconic days: Sant Jordi, a tradition that combines culture and emotion through the exchange of books and roses. The date also coincides with UNESCO’s World Book Day, making it a unique occasion to celebrate reading and human connection.

At Bové Montero, this celebration goes beyond symbolism. For another year, we are proud to collaborate with Fundació Aura, further strengthening a relationship built on shared values and a common commitment to social inclusion.

Fundació Aura is a benchmark organisation in Spain known for its work in the inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities. Through its “Supported Employment” model, it helps individuals access the open labour market, promoting their autonomy and active participation in society.

To mark Sant Jordy, we once again had the pleasure of welcoming their team to our offices, where they shared solidarity roses and bookmarks with us. An initiative that not only brings us closer to this deeply rooted tradition, but also helps give visibility to the Foundation’s important work.

This initiative reflects our commitment to continuing to promote actions that generate a positive impact and reinforce a corporate culture based on responsibility and social commitment.

At Bové Montero, we celebrate Sant Jordi by highlighting what truly matters: people, culture and the building of a more inclusive society.
