We have obtained the 2026 SILVER Happy Employees certification, a recognition that highlights our professionals’ experience and reinforces our commitment to building a positive and collaborative work environment focused on growth. 

Bové Montero has been recognized with the 2026 SILVER Happy Employees Certification by ChooseMyCompany – Spain, an entity specialized in analysing the well-being and experience of professionals within organizations internationally. 

This recognition is based on the direct feedback of our team, gathered through anonymous surveys evaluating several key aspects of the work environment. These include the work atmosphere, the level of commitment and engagement, professional development opportunities, internal collaboration, and working methods. 

Obtaining this certification reflects Bové Montero’s ongoing commitment to creating a professional environment that is diverse, accessible, and people-oriented, where every professional can grow and add value. 

Moreover, this recognition follows the Happy Trainees certification obtained last year, which highlights the satisfaction of our interns and trainees, thus consolidating our dedication to the well-being and experience of all members of the organization.
