HLB Global Summit 2025

This October, the HLB Global Summit took place in Dubrovnik, Croatia, under the theme “Building Our Legacy. Igniting the Future”. This was a new opportunity to connect with industry professionals, share ideas, attend inspiring conferences, and strengthen bonds within HLB’s global network. Representing our firm were Gemma Piñero (Partner) and José María Bové (President). 

This international gathering brings together members of HLB International from around the world to discuss the main strategic challenges and opportunities across audit, advisory, and innovation, among other key areas. Topics addressed included building a lasting legacy in an AI-driven world, next-generation leadership, and strategies for purpose-led transformation in times of disruption. The programme also featured an analysis of HLB’s recent Neurodiversity Report, which highlights the powerful connection between inclusion and innovation. 

Throughout the sessions, participants reflected on how to preserve the values that support trust while embracing the innovation that will define the firm of the future in an ever-changing environment.
