Bové Montero enters the Happy Trainees 2026 ranking

Bové Montero has been recognised as one of the ten best companies for internships in Spain. This is the first time that we have obtained the “Happy Trainees“ certification from ChooseMyCompany Spain, a company that evaluates the experience and satisfaction of interns who have been part of the firm throughout the year. 

This recognition reflects our commitment to providing our interns with a truly enriching experience and reinforces our dedication to excellence in training programmes. It also highlights our Talent Programme, which is aimed at both national and international students, and demonstrates the valuable contribution interns make to our firm’s day-to-day operations. We are proud to be among the leading companies in welcoming and nurturing young talent, which fosters a strong sense of belonging, motivation, and professional alignment among students. 

Representing Bové Montero, our colleagues from the Human Resources department, María Gómez and Cristina Urbina, attended the awards ceremony in Barcelona with the other companies recognised in the ranking for supporting the development of young university students.
