Finance and Capital Markets Tax Conference

The International Bar Association (IBA) organised the 15th Annual London Finance and Capital Markets Tax Conference, an international benchmark event on tax matters for legal and tax advisory professionals. The event, which was presented by the IBA’s Taxes Committee, took place at The Savoy Hotel in London on 26 and 27 January. Our Firm was represented by Andreu Bové (Tax Partner) and Francisco Javier Rodríguez (Tax Director).

Topics covered in the programme included round tables and specialised sessions on the current challenges of the global tax framework, such as global financing under pressure, distressed debt negotiations, real estate securitisation transactions, capital in motion, and taxation in the age of AI and digital assets.
