The Barcelona–Shanghai Business Connect took place on 23 September. The business event, organised by the Cambra de Comerç de Barcelona (Barcelona Chamber of Commerce) aimed to strengthen economic ties between Barcelona and Shanghai and identify new business and collaboration opportunities.

The gathering brought together companies, institutions and representatives of the economic communities of both cities, creating a perfect space to share experiences, make connections and explore new forms of business cooperation. The occasion also coincided with Shanghai’s participation as guest city in Barcelona’s La Mercè festivities.

Senxin Xu, from Bové Montero’s Tax Department in Madrid and a member of its China Desk, represented the firm at the event.
