We’re celebrating the arrival of summer!

With the summer holidays fast approaching, the Barcelona and Madrid teams at Bové Montero held their traditional Summer Party, the perfect occasion to relax, enjoy each other’s company, and welcome the long, sunny — and hot — days ahead.

The firm, which is made up of a team of more than 160 professionals from a variety of different nationalities and cultures, saw this as an opportunity to bring together colleagues from different offices and continue to foster the closeness, collaboration and connection that form part of their daily work.

In Barcelona, the celebration took place on a rooftop in the heart of the city, offering spectacular views of the Sagrada Familia — a particularly significant location in the Gaudí Year, marking the centenary of the famous Catalan architect’s death. From the terrace, the team enjoyed privileged views of the Sagrada Familia and the city’s most iconic architecture, coinciding with Barcelona being recognised as the World Capital of Architecture.

Later, the Madrid office held its summer party at a restaurant in the capital, where colleagues enjoyed a pleasant evening in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Such events demonstrate the importance of fostering relationships between colleagues and sharing experiences beyond our daily professional lives, thereby reinforcing the team culture and sense of belonging that defines Bové Montero.
