Innovation Series on Artificial Intelligence

Bové Montero recently organised a series of webinars on Artificial Intelligence for the firm’s clients and professionals, providing insight into the practical, strategic and regulatory aspects of AI.

Under the Innovation Series format, the series comprised three sessions led by Mónica Bové and Paul Berenguer, which addressed various key aspects for understanding how Artificial Intelligence is transforming the way businesses operate, make decisions and generate value.

The first session, ‘Beyond the Basics: How to Harness the Potential of Generative AI’, demonstrated how to make the most of tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude and Gemini as practical working resources, showing how they can be used for more than just basic tasks. It covered their current capabilities, working with context, an introduction to prompting as an iterative process, real-world use cases, and best practices for applying AI in a useful, structured, and secure way in professional life.

The second session, “Roadmap towards the implementation of AI in businesses”, addressed the steps required to integrate AI into organisations by sharing real-world projects, case studies and lessons learnt from its implementation.

The third session, ‘AI Regulation’, focused on the European regulatory framework, particularly the AI Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, and the risks of uncontrolled AI tool use within companies.

Through this series, Bové Montero has reinforced its commitment to innovation and digital transformation, as well as supporting businesses in navigating the new challenges and opportunities presented by artificial intelligence.
