Andreu Bové joins BootCamp Spanien

BootCamp Spanien Vol. 1, an intensive program organised by the Austrian Chamber of Commerce (WKO) for Austrian companies interested in establishing or expanding their presence in the Spanish market, took place in Madrid on 7 and 8 May. 

On behalf of Bové Montero y Asociados, Andreu Bové (Partner) participated as a speaker in the session “Introduction to Spanish Tax Law”. During his presentation, Bové provided a clear and practical overview of the Spanish tax system, covering both its structure and the main taxes affecting foreign companies. He also explained important topics such as obtaining the Tax Identification Number (NIF), the establishment of subsidiaries or branches, and the tax obligations of which companies should be aware. 

This event forms part of the work carried out by Bové Montero’s German Desk, a team specialising in advising companies from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Experienced in internationalisation projects and in supporting DACH clients, the team regularly works in multilingual and multicultural environments, providing expertise in areas such as taxation, accounting, auditing, and labour issues. 

Beyond the technical content, events such as this BootCamp facilitate the creation of spaces for exchange between professionals and companies from both countries, contributing to the development of trusting relationships and the potential for future collaboration.
