AEDAF National Congress 2025

The 36th National Congress of the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors (AEDAF) took place in Oviedo from 6 to 8 November. This leading event brought together numerous professionals and experts from the tax sector. 

Representing Bové Montero were Andreu Bové (Tax Partner) and Andrea López (Tax Department). Andreu Bové participated as a speaker in the session ‘The eternal debate on permanent establishment: limits, risks and opportunities’. During his presentation, alongside other experts in the field, he discussed the main challenges, risks, and opportunities related to permanent establishment — one of the key issues in international taxation. 

While much of the programme consisted of conferences, there were also opportunities for attendees to share ideas and strengthen professional relationships. Organised events included a wine tasting, a traditional Asturian ‘espicha‘ (a celebratory gathering involving cyder and food), and a gala dinner, providing opportunities for leisure and networking. 

The AEDAF Congress is one of the leading forums for taxation professionals, bringing together experts, academics, and representatives of the tax administration to discuss the major challenges facing Spanish and international tax systems.
