HLB Spain Tax Meeting 2025

On 12 December, Bové Montero had the pleasure of attending and hosting the HLB Spain Tax Meeting 2025 at its Madrid offices. Our firm was represented by Andreu Bové and Belén Fernández, partners in the Taxation department. 

he meeting brought together professionals specialising in International Taxation, who addressed issues including R&D&I incentives, the Economic and Tax Regime of the Canary Islands (REF), the latest developments in Transfer Pricing and Customs, the concept of a permanent establishment, as well as the new OECD Comments.
