Bové Montero gives a lecture on Innovation and Technology applied to professional practice

The second edition of the Accountex congress was held on the 7 and 8 November at the Ifema Madrid exhibition centre. This event returns to Spain for the second consecutive year after being held in London since 2012. On behalf of the firm Monica Bové and Jordi Bosch (Consulting) attended the event.

Accountex is the leading conference for accounting and business management professionals in Spain. The event focused on the digital transformation of professional firms, highlighting the importance of digitalisation in the optimisation of accounting processes and business efficiency. The congress served as a platform to share ideas, innovative strategies and discussions on automation, innovative technologies, and digital tools in the business environment.

At the congress, resources could be found to take the professional firms and the accounting or management departments to a higher level. There were also seminars, workshops, and round tables where a number of specialised professionals were present. In addition, there were several important developments compared to last year: the implications of the different laws were discussed, and issues related to the management of people were also addressed.

Moreover, the Director of the Accountex Spain Congress, said that ¨professionals from all over the country have a unique appointment to train and catch up with the latest developments.
