The Bové Montero office is filled with solidarity roses

On 23 April, we not only celebrate International Book Day, promoted by UNESCO to promote reading, but in Catalonia we also celebrates Sant Jordi, a day when the streets are filled with roses and books, a symbol of culture, love and tradition.
In this particular context, the Bové Montero office in Barcelona was once again filled with roses and social commitment thanks to an initiative that has already become a tradition for us: the collaboration with the Aura Foundation. For the seventh consecutive year, we had the honour of participating in this solidarity action that highlights the inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities in the work and social environment.
Aura, a pioneer in Spain in the development of the “Empleo con apoyo” model, visited our offices to distribute roses and solidarity books among the team. A simple but meaningful gesture that reminds us of the importance of contributing, from our day to day, to building a more empathetic and just society.
Under the slogan “Our roses have superpowers”, this meeting symbolised much more than a tradition: it was a demonstration of shared values, a way of giving visibility to those who deserve more opportunities and a way of continuing to bet on solidarity as an engine for change.
At Bové Montero we are proud to be part of this initiative that unites the cultural and the social, and we reaffirm our commitment to causes that make a difference. Because each rose delivered represents not only a gesture of affection, but also a commitment to a more collaborative and equitable environment.
