The professional services firm Bové Montero y Asociados has ended the 2023-2024 period with a turnover of 13 million euros, 9.1% more than in the previous year and double the turnover of 6.6 million euros recorded five years ago. Its president, José María Bové, highlights “investments in computer consultancy and artificial intelligence”.
As part of the “commitment” to organic growth that has underpinned the development of the company, which is chaired by José María Bové, he believes that the “positive forecasts” made for the coming years are justified by the investments “made and planned” in the “IT consultancy and artificial intelligence services market“. According to Bové, this approach “positions us as a very advanced company from a technological point of view, a feature that will continue to develop in the future, as it is a transparent and dynamic process, open to innovations that lead to a better service”.
For the Chairman, the foundations of this organic growth are based on attracting talent, the digitalisation of technology and processes, the strength of the international tax department and the “optimal” implementation of the strategic plan. But they are also based on a focus on foreign clients – with the opening up of the Chinese market as the main innovation in this area – and on the “great potential” of disseminating corporate information on sustainability in the context of the emergence of new regulations and standards in this area.

The firm has a fully consolidated German Desk and French Desk, which, with 56 and 54 members respectively, operating across all five offices.

HLB has been recognised as “Network of the Year 2024” by the International Accounting Forum and Awards. “We have been a member of HLB for over 35 years.
