At Bové Montero y Asociados , we will guide you through every step of your company’s digital transformation through the Consulting Kit, an initiative of the Spanish Government that allows SMEs to develop their digital transformation through a Digital Advice Voucher. This voucher can be used to contract specialised and customised advisory services, the amount of which depends on the size of the company. This programme is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises, providing them with an itinerary to boost their digitalisation.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CONSULTING KIT

To access the Consulting Kit, SMEs must meet the following requirements:

  • Be an SME with tax domicile in Spain.
  • Be registered in the Spanish Tax Agency’s (AEAT) register of business owners, professionals and withholders.
  • Not be in situation of crisis and be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations.
  • Not be affected by the prohibitions of the General Law of Subsidies and respect the limit of minimis aids.

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CONSULTING KIT

    • 1. What does the Consulting Kit’s Digital Consulting Service consist of?

      The process begins with a detailed analysis of the current state of the business. We conduct a comprehensive audit to assess the company’s level of digitalisation and identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimisation. This analysis allows us to understand the company’s specific needs and develop a tailored action plan for its digital transformation. After the initial analysis, a digital consultancy is carried out according to the specific needs of each company.

    • 2. Until when can companies apply for the grant?

      The deadline for applications is 31 December 2024 or until the funds are exhausted.

    • 3. What are the deadlines for the provision of services?

      The Service Agreement must be formalised within a maximum period of 3 months from the date of publication of the grant on the official Red.es website. Once the agreement has been signed and validated between the beneficiary SME and the digital advisor, the latter has 3 months from the date of validation to provide the service. The service is considered completed when the corresponding invoice is issued. The digital advisor then has a maximum period of 5 months from the validation date of the agreement to justify the work performed.

    • 4. What happens if I do not use the full value of the voucher?

      The voucher must be used in full before its expiry date. Any amount not used after this date cannot be reclaimed at a later date.

    • 5. Are the Digital Kit and the Consulting Kit the same?

      No, the Consulting Kit and the Digital Kit are different and compatible programmes. The Consulting Kit funds the procurement of advisory services for digital transformation, while the Digital Kit funds the acquisition and implementation of digital solutions.

    • 6. Can I apply for the Consulting Kit more than once?

      No, a company can only benefit from the Consulting Kit once.

    • 7. Can an application be modified?

      Yes, as long as it has not been signed or submitted.
