10th International Academician Meeting of the RAED in Germany
José María Bové Montero participated in the 10th International Academician Meeting of the RAED, a leading forum bringing together international experts to analyse the primary geopolitical, legal, and social challenges in today’s global context.
From 15 to 20 March, the 10th International Academician Meeting of the Royal European Academy of Doctors (RAED) took place during an academic itinerary along the River Rhine. Our President, José María Bové Montero, took part in this journey in his capacity as a Numerary Member of the RAED.
The academic gathering was organised through a comprehensive programme of presentations held over several days, allowing for a multidisciplinary approach to some of the major debates in the current international landscape. Throughout the programme, issues related to geopolitics, artificial intelligence, health, ageing, education, sustainability, leadership, and the European legal framework were addressed. Key highlights included reflections on the impact of Donald Trump’s economic policies, alternative dispute resolution methods, the relationship between humanism and technology, privacy in the age of AI, health and quality of life in an increasingly ageing society, and the role of leadership in times of uncertainty. Furthermore, one of the academic sessions was conducted entirely in English at the German Sport University Cologne, reinforcing the international nature of the convention and fostering the exchange of perspectives among specialists from various disciplines.
In this context, José María Bové was a featured speaker in the academic programme with a presentation titled “Fractured Eurasia: Russia’s repositioning”, in which he analysed the evolution of Russia’s geopolitical stance and its implications for the current international climate.
The convention was part of a broader programme of academic and cultural activities, combining lectures, guided tours, and opportunities for professional networking.
The participation of José María Bové reinforces his commitment to multidisciplinary analysis, global knowledge, and engagement with the key debates impacting today’s economic and legal environment.
