London was the setting for the first HLB ESG Forum 2025, a key event on the international calendar for companies and experts in environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG). Organised by HLB International, the forum brought together specialists from around the world to discuss the best ESG strategies and policies and their impact on the business world.

This forum, which was held on 25 February 2025, was attended by leading figures in the sector, including María Luisa Ramírez, a partner at Bové Montero, who is a member of the Sustainability Committee of both the Spanish Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICJCE) and HLB. Her speech focused on the challenges and opportunities companies face in integrating ESG criteria into their corporate strategy and creating long-term sustainable value.

The HLB ESG Forum 2025 addressed key issues such as the transition to a low-carbon economy, transparency of non-financial information, ESG regulation and corporate social responsibility. It also provided a networking space for business leaders, advisors and experts to share knowledge and best practices.

Bové Montero’s participation in this forum reaffirmed its commitment to sustainability and its role as a strategic advisor in the implementation of ESG policies. In her speech, María Luisa Ramírez provided an expert perspective on how companies can address the regulatory and operational challenges associated with adopting ESG strategies.
