In line with our commitment to equality and diversity, at Bové Montero we are going one step further and starting 2025 by joining the Business Network for LGBTI Diversity and Inclusion (REDI, Spanish acronym). This alliance reinforces our firm’s commitment to continue promoting an inclusive work environment, where plurality and respect for our professionals are valued, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.

REDI’s aim is to promote the general interest and contribute to a more respectful Spanish society by promoting non-discrimination and equal opportunities. The association has an ecosystem of more than 300 member organisations, mainly large companies, but also SMEs, institutions, individuals and consultants who are experts in LGBTI diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

By joining REDI, we not only reaffirm our values of respect and diversity, but also strengthen our internal policies to ensure that inclusion remains a fundamental pillar of our identity. Thanks to this collaboration, we will have access to a variety of resources that will allow us to continue learning and improving in our efforts to create a diverse and equitable work environment, as well as opening up new opportunities to share experiences with other companies and strengthen the visibility of and respect for the LGBTI community.

At Bové Montero we firmly believe that one of our strengths lies in the diversity of our talent, thanks to the different perspectives, backgrounds and experiences that our professionals bring to the table. For this reason, we continue to work every day to ensure a more inclusive future, where we can all grow and develop in an environment of respect and collaboration.
