On 8 November, the Bové Montero team came together once again to celebrate a new edition of “Bové Montero Day”, a day dedicated to our great professional family.
Under the motto “WE’RE ALL IN”, the event became a time to be together as a team, celebrate our achievements, share news and strengthen our bonds in a fun and playful way. The day started with a company presentation, summarising the most important milestones of the past year. From the projects that have made us grow to the challenges we have overcome together, we were able to reflect on all that we have achieved and recognise the collective effort.
The Bové Montero Day was also the perfect setting to share the firm’s latest developments: from the incorporation of new technological tools to key initiatives that position us as a benchmark in the sector. We also presented our goals for the coming year, inspiring everyone to continue giving their best.
We know that success is not only measured in numbers but also in the human relationships we build every day. That is why we dedicate an important part of the day to team-building activities, designed to encourage collaboration, creativity and, of course, fun. This year, we participated in a musical activity that allowed us to connect from a creative and playful perspective, strengthening our bond as a group.
