The HLB Global Summit 2024, held in Vancouver, brought together more than 300 professionals from all over the world under the theme of “Leadership Renaissance: Reimagining the Art of Leading”. This annual event is one of HLB International’s most important gatherings, in which member firms come together to share knowledge, explore new trends and strengthen global collaboration.
Bové Montero y Asociados, representing HLB International, participated with the presence of four of its partners: José Mª Bové (President and Founder), Mª Teresa Bové (Partner), François Blin (Partner), and Gemma Piñero (Partner). During the Summit, partners were able to exchange ideas and best practices with business leaders from around the world, with a focus on digital transformation, innovation, and sustainable growth.
One of the highlights of the event was the HLB Brighter Future Alumni, where Gemma Piñero, together with Mark Butler (HLB Ireland) and Carlos Morales (HLB Costa Rica), shared their personal growth experiences. The three participants talked about their learning from the Cambridge Executive Leadership Programme.
Throughout the sessions, key topics such as the future of consulting, the digitalisation of processes and the importance of agility in an ever-changing business environment were discussed. The event also provided an ideal platform to strengthen relationships within the HLB network and explore new opportunities for international collaboration.
The Vancouver location allowed attendees to enjoy Canada’s rich cultural heritage, creating a comprehensive and transformative learning experience.
