From 8 to 11 July 2024 the HLB Advisory – Tax – Audit Conference was held in Prague, an annual meeting that served to celebrate with the entire HLB network the most important milestones of the year: the “Network of the Year 2024” award and the achievement of the 8th position in the global ranking.
Bové Montero represented HLB Spain and participated in sessions on innovation, talent, consulting, marketing, technology and ESG. The firm was represented by Gemma Piñero (Partner), Andreu Bové (Partner) and María Luisa Ramírez (Partner).
HLB’s 2027 Strategy focuses on strengthening these capabilities and adapting to rapid market changes and new client demands. Topics covered during the conference included the latest trends in tax, audit and consulting, with a focus on integrating new technologies and sustainable practices into day-to-day operations.
Among the speakers was Andreu Bové (Partner) who, together with three other members of HLB, gave a presentation entitled ‘Mastering Change’, sharing best practices for managing change in the organization.
Gemma Piñero (Partner) also spoke about how leaders learn from other leaders to build a brighter future and expressed her pride in representing the Brighter Futures community. The Brighter Futures community promotes emerging leaders within the HLB network and helps to spread the HLB strategy throughout the network’s operational framework. The community has a four-person leadership team that rotates annually.
