Bové Montero y Asociados has launched its own leadership programme involving around 20 colleagues from the Firm. This is an initiative aimed at the management group of the different offices in Barcelona, Madrid and Palma de Mallorca with the purpose of continuing to strengthen the relationship between the different teams and to promote both the leadership and communication skills which are so necessary for the daily relationship with clients and the internal team.
The Leadership Programme of Bové Montero has been designed by an external team of experts in leading processes with professional teams to turn them into high-performance units, with a shared vision with high motivational capacity, high levels of interpersonal trust and fluid and effective communication. The programme has been developed in a personalised way in line with the firm’s main values: closeness, trust, leadership, client orientation and teamwork. The sessions combine presentations, team dynamics, role plays and different inner reflection exercises.
This initiative is a new milestone within the firm in the framework of the 45th anniversary that allows Bové Montero professionals continue growing professionally and, in this case, to continue promoting their leadership, team management and customer service skills.
