On 2 February, Bové Montero y Asociados opened its second office in Madrid, located at Calle Príncipe de Vergara 109, close to its main office which is at number 126 of the same street. Clients, colleagues, friends of the Firm and representatives of the European Chambers attended the event which represents a new milestone for the Firm.

The new office, which can accommodate up to 37 workplaces, will house the Tax and Transfer Pricing Departments, headed by Andreu Bové and Beltrán Sánchez, respectively. Andreu has been working at the firm since 2017 and has extensive experience in providing tax advice to foreign clients on matters such as international taxation, family businesses, large fortunes, and business restructuring and sales transactions. Likewise, Beltrán joined the firm in 2020 and is an expert in renewable energies, tax law, international taxation, business internationalisation and company valuations.

Bové Montero’s partner structure in the Spanish capital is made up of Andreu and Beltrán, together with François Blin. Statutory auditor, Expert-Comptable and Comissaire aux Comptes, he joined the firm in 2017 to head the Madrid office, and currently also leads the French Desk which has 40 professionals with the mission of promoting business between the two countries and offering close and personalised advice.

This opening is key for the firm as “the competitiveness and openness of Madrid to the global market favours our strategy of focusing on the client segment with a strong international presence”, according to José Mª Bové, President of Bové Montero y Asociados.

In addition to the two Madrid offices, the firm has offices in Barcelona, Palma de Mallorca, Seville and Valencia.
