Bové Montero has collaborated with the German Chamber of Commerce for Spain to hold, on 21 June at the Círculo Ecuestre in Barcelona, a conference focused on analysing one of the most important current tax and legal issues: international taxation for multinational groups.
Several experts delivered speeches and offered their views on the new developments and major challenges in the aforementioned area and in the “360º Strategy” approach launched by the Tax Agency. In addition, other current trends in tax inspections with international impact were analysed in the Annual Tax Control Plan and in MAPs.
Ms. Ascensión Maldonado García-Verdugo, Tax Inspector and Head of the Mutual Agreement Procedures Area of the National Office of International Taxation (“ONFI”), also took part in the event, who added further nuances to the speeches of the experts Belén Fernández, partner at Bové Montero, and Francisco Javier Rodríguez, Tax Manager at Bové Montero.
