Andreu Bové

Our Firm is proud to announce that our partner Andreu Bové has been elected new Member and Coordinator of the AEDAF (Spanish Association of Tax Advisors) Youth Group. The main objectives of this Group are to give greater visibility to associates under 40 years of age, to accompany them in their incorporation to the Association and to promote their participation and contributions, and it is formed by 11 members belonging to leading national firms in tax matters.

The Spanish Association of Tax Advisors, AEDAF, was created in 1967 by a group of tax advisors with the idea of sharing experiences and joining forces in the early days of a profession that played and still plays such an important role in the development of a modern State.

Currently, AEDAF brings together more than 3,000 professionals, university graduates specialized in tax matters, who are mainly and preferably dedicated to tax advice and is a meeting point with other professionals to share knowledge for their better professional practice.

The main activity of the Youth Group focuses on three areas:

With the creation of a welcoming process to accompany young professionals from the moment they join the Association, facilitating their incorporation and taking advantage of all available resources. Some lines of work will be the creation of the figure of a tutor or mentor and the design of new ways of attracting the talent of young associates.

The involvement of young people in the generation of content will be promoted in different supports: from their participation as speakers in AEDAF conferences, to the preparation of articles on new topics such as cryptocurrencies, digital economy, e-commerce, etc.

In line with the institutional relations policy of AEDAF, new channels of relationship between young associates and other institutions such as universities, tax administration, judges, notaries, associations of young entrepreneurs, bar associations, etc. will be created and maintained.

We at Bové Montero wish Andreu every success with the AEDAF.
