Bové Montero y Asociados strengthens its presence in Andalusia with the incorporation of Jorge Antonio Millán as a new Partner of the Firm.
Millán is a Chartered Accountant (ROAC), member of the Spanish Institute of Chartered Accountants, graduated in Business Administration and Management and holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Auditing from the University of Seville. He has more than 12 years of experience and has developed his professional career at BDO, where he has acquired extensive knowledge in financial audits, compliance and internal control, among others. Throughout his professional career, he has carried out audits and consultancy works in both public and private sectors, notably within consolidated groups, limited reviews, due diligences, accounts justifying grants, restructuring operations (mergers and spin-offs), financial reporting, valuations and expert reports. He is also fluent in Spanish and English.
The Seville office was founded in 2017 by Jorge Francisco Castro and the incorporation of Millán to the Bové Montero team is in line with the Firm’s growth strategy and continues to strengthen its position in the Iberian Peninsula. The incorporation of Jorge Antonio will help to strengthen audit and consulting services to national and international clients, with a special focus on attracting new foreign clients with a presence in southern Spain.
Bové Montero y Asociados closed the financial year 2020-21 with a growth of 18% and with a staff of 110 people in its offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Palma de Mallorca, Seville and Valencia. With Jorge Antonio Millán, there are now 11 Partners in the firm presided by José María Bové.
