Bové Montero recently organised a new welcome session for professionals who have been joining our offices in Barcelona, Madrid and Palma de Mallorca. Due to the current situation, the session took place virtually and was led by our colleagues from Human Resources, Neus Sardà and Cristina Urbina, as well as Cristina Bové from Marketing. The aim of these sessions is to provide an overview of the company and to explain the key aspects that new employees should know about the firm, in terms of how it works, processes and the tools we use. The history and values of Bové Montero were described and the latest initiatives and challenges for 2021 were outlined. The welcome sessions are also a great way to meet colleagues from all offices, get to know each other and introduce yourself.
