Brexit and Transfer Pricing: Rupture or Continuity?
Brexit will have effects on all aspects of business, but one aspect which companies who do business across various countries, like Spain and the UK, may be particularly interested in transfer pricing. On 27 January Bové Montero along with the British Chamber of Commerce in Spain organised a new webinar titled “Brexit and transfer pricing: rupture or continuity?”.
The session was presented by Beltrán Sánchez, head of transfer pricing at Bové Montero´s Madrid office, and leading representatives of the Spanish Tax Agency, María Pilar Jurado Borrego and Luis Ramón Jones Rodríguez, as well as José Manuel Amor, the Chair of the Governing Council and Partner at Afi. The speakers focused on the fact that the companies should be ready to tackle any additional compliance challenges that Brexit may pose, but should also be ready to adapt their structure or strategy to take advantage of any opportunities that it may present.
Since its foundation, Bové Montero y Asociados has differentiated itself from others by having an international vision, being one of the leading national firms specialised not only in auditing, consulting, accounting, tax and labour-law advice but also in transfer pricing for multinational companies.
