Bové Montero advises the government of Catalonia on the renewal of the Formula 1® Spanish Grand Prix for 2021
Bové Montero in collaboration with the law firm Cases & Lacambra have advised the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya and its major shareholders (the major shareholder being the government of Catalonia) in connection with the agreement with Formula 1® regarding the 2021 Spanish Grand Prix.
The negotiations with the Formula 1® included a legal and an economic / financial angle, on which both Firms worked closely and collaborated to advise on the negotiation of the renewal of the contract to host and stage the Formula 1® Spanish Grand Prix in 2021, to be held at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. That would be the 65th edition of the Spanish Grand Prix.
According to the Circuit, this agreement implies that the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya “will continue consolidating its international projection and its positioning as benchmark facility in the world of motorsports”.
The Bové Montero team has been led by President José María Bové and Audit Manager, María Luisa Ramírez. They advised the Circuit from an economic and financial angle.
