On 1 December, Bové Montero y Asociados, in collaboration with the German Chamber of Commerce in Spain (AHK), organised a webinar on “Transfer pricing: the challenge for organisations”. The session was part of the AHK’s series on legal and tax news. In the current economic climate, this area is becoming increasingly important for multinational groups. The virtual meeting was led by Beltrán Sánchez, transfer pricing manager at Bové Montero. Walther von Plettenberg, AHK managing director, welcomed participants and Melanie Gierth, AHK legal services manager, moderated throughout. Beltrán emphasized all the steps and processes required to successfully implement a Transfer Pricing policy, as it requires internal changes that have a considerable effect on the organisation’s processes as a whole.
