Tax webinar with the German Chamber to tackle COVID-19
On Friday 3 April, Bové Montero y Asociados, in collaboration with the German Chamber of Commerce in Spain, organised a webinar called “Extraordinary tax measures to tackle COVID-19 in Spain”. This session formed part of the Chamber’s “Current legal and tax affairs” series, bringing together a range of conferences presented by experts on legal issues.
Since the announcement of the state of alarm in Spain due to COVID-19, the government has approved several urgent extraordinary measures by Royal Decree affecting taxation, and the payment of tax by companies. This session analysed the most notable measures, and discussed the Tax Agency’s decision to relax and extend some of its deadlines.
It was presented by Berta García, tax advisor at the Barcelona office, and Andreu Bové, tax advisor at the Madrid office.
