On 17 and 18 January, the HLB European Planning Meeting is taking place in Vienna. Every year, this event brings together a large number of the network’s Firms in Europe, and therefore it is one of the three big annual gatherings. Our Partners, Mª Teresa Bové and Gemma Piñero, along with Mónica Bové and Ludmila Frangu, are representing Bové Montero.
The format of the conference is different to previous years. This is a great occasion to start working together towards the new network strategy, with a vision for the end of 2023. These strategic objectives place strong emphasis on the pillars of advisory services, technology and brand management (including marketing and business development), as well as talent attraction, retention and transformation. For this reason, participants are organised in specific groups around each of these pillars.
